Meet our Alumni as they briefly introduced themselves to our current students when they participated as Young Professionals in our Engineering & Management Skills Course (MGMT).

Selim Baran

M.Sc. graduation 2024

Selim acquired considerable practical experience in a range of industries, including chemicals, IT, and mechanical engineering, through participation in working student activities and internships during his studies. He was engaged in the implementation of a number of digitalisation and improvement projects. He initiated his professional career with his master's thesis at KSB SE in Frankenthal, where he was able to gain comprehensive insights into industrial practice.

Since April 2024, he has been employed as an Industrial Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for a factory planning project to restructure and reorganise an existing plant. His responsibilities include the complete redesign and implementation of production and logistics processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and adaptability for future demands. He works closely with various departments and hierarchical levels and has assumed responsibility for supervising students and a case study in cooperation with Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. Jana Mächtel

B.Sc. WING 2022

Jana joined Mercedes-Benz Group AG in October 2022 as a deployment planner in the start-up control department.

As part of her bachelor's degree in international industrial engineering (B.Sc.) at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, she already worked as a student trainee in the documentation of the ABAP platform at SAP SE.

In 2021, she switched to the automotive industry, where she led a project to digitalize the main goods receiving department at the Rastatt assembly plant as the focus of her bachelor's thesis at Mercedes-Benz.

After graduating in 2022, she was responsible for project management for the outsourcing of a production supply to an external logistics service provider, also at Mercedes-Benz. (MGMT 2023)

Carolin Welter

M. Sc. graduation 2021

Carolin joined Empolis, a leading provider of cloud-based software in the field of Intelligent Decision Support Solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, as Product Manager in 2021. She is responsible for the further development of cloud-based SaaS products and, as an expert in the field of knowledge transfer, gives numerous lectures and webinars.

During her dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A.) at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, she worked in various departments of a manufacturer of high-end video systems, such as sales, marketing and technical purchasing. She then went on to study industrial engineering (M.Sc.) at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, where she focused on technical product management. During this time, her career already took her into the software industry, where she worked in the product management department of ERP provider proALPHA alongside her studies. (MGMT 2024)

Michael Maier

M.Sc. graduation 2019

Michael started his professional career in 2012 with a dual study program (DHBW) in the electrical industry and completed it with a Bachelor of Arts. This was followed by a change to the construction industry. During his studies at the HMA in 2017, a contact to the healthcare sector was already established through the specialization subject "Technical Product Management".

Michael wrote his master's thesis at Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim in research and development and finished his master's degree. For a holistic view, a one-year engagement in Strategy & Porfolio at Roche in Rotkreuz followed.

Since 2020, Michael has been working at the management consultancy Arcondis in Switzerland and is active as Head of MedTech CH and Senior Consultant. His expertise is mainly in project management, change management and business/operating modeling. (MGMT 2024)

Tevin Amberge

M.Sc. WING 2019

Tevin has already gained 10 years of professional experience in technology-driven industries (aerospace, technology consulting, industry and auto-motive); of which more than 8 years of experience at Panasonic in different positions as dual student, sales engineer and in business unit management. - Prior to that, Tevin studied Business Administration (B.A) in cooperation with Panasonic Industrial as part of a dual study program at the University of Cooperative Education in Lüneburg, Germany, before successfully completing his Master's degree in W. Ing. - Technical Product Management (M. Sc.) at HS Mannheim with a semester abroad at Iowa State University. - Tevin joined Panasonic Industrial in 2022 as Deputy Division Manager for Automotive Powertrain, after having successfully led the business unit for battery management systems for e-vehicles in the same company for 3 years. There, he manages a team of 9 employees and acts as project owner in a 150-person development and industrialization project for battery management systems. (MGMT 2023)

Niklas Wagner

M.Sc. graduation 2018

With more than 11 years of international business experience in product management, (after)sales and marketing, Niklas began his career within the Agricultural Equipment Industry back in 2013 at the CLAAS KGaA mbH. During this time, he completed a Bachelor (B.A.) in Agricultural Management from Dresden - University of Cooperative Education (2016), followed by a Master (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Mannheim - University of Applied Sciences (2018).

Since joining John Deere in 2018, he has taken on various strategic and tactical roles: As part of the Combine-Harvester Product Marketing Team, he managed global product portfolios and developed product strategies to meet future customer needs. From 2020 to 2023, Niklas served as the Harvesting Aftermarket Manager for EU27+, leading go-to-market tactics for lifecycle solutions of Harvesting Equipment along the 5Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People). 

Currently, as a Territory Business Manager, Niklas is responsible for the regional sales business in his AOR, by coordinating the field team activities as well as designing and executing new sales processes & strategies together with the local business partners. (MGMT 2024/25)

Daniel Popp

M.Sc. graduation 2017

Daniel is a universal engineer. His career is characterized by parallel studies and a loyal partner company. In 2012, Daniel started his dual degree in electrical engineering with BOMBARDIER, the world's largest rail vehicle manufacturer at the time.

After successfully completing his bachelor, Daniel began a career in the project management as Project Management Officer. The lack of business background prompted him to start a master degree beside the job in industrial engineering at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. 2017 he successfully completed his master after three semesters in standard period of study.

With his master degree in his pocket, Daniel was able to take on his first management position as Product Development Manager. Functionally responsible for a team of ten engineers, his task was to implement the European train protection system and lead various projects through the entire V-model.

Since 2023, Daniel is the team leader for electrical installation department at Europe largest rail vehicle manufacturer, ALSTOM. He is responsible for the correct wiring and commissioning of the electrical components and represents the link between engineering and production.

Daniel has a Bachelor (B.Eng) in Electrical Engineering, a Master (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering, a Master (M.Sc.) in Information Technology and is a lecturer in Engineering at the Cooperative State University. (MGMT 2024/25)

Selina Fantini

M. Sc. graduation 2021

Since 2022, Selina is working as a management consultant in the field of organizational development at Drescher Consulting in Stuttgart.

During her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she gained practical experience in the automotive industry in the areas of service provider management and ramp-up management.

Parallel to her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (M. Sc.) at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences with a specialization in technical product management, Selina worked as a working student at Evobus under the management for production.

During her master's thesis conducted at Voith Turbo in Heidenheim, she delved into contemporary advancements and obstacles within the realm of B2B platform collaboration.

In her current role as a consultant, Selina is working on the comprehensive and structured use of vehicle data for the identification, root cause analysis and prediction of fault hotspots. (MGMT 2024)

Markus Knödler

M.Sc. WING 2019

Since 2009, Markus has been able to gain valuable insights into various industries (automotive, consulting, production, logistics, education and IT) through numerous jobs during his school and university years.

Markus completed his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering in Karlsruhe before successfully completing his master's degree at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. During his master's studies, he was part of an interdisciplinary innovation project in cooperation with international partners.

Since 2020, Markus has been leading the development of a program for employee-driven innovation for SAP SE. This includes, among other things, the design and implementation of a new, in-house innovation approach including the development of a technical platform. (MGMT 2023)

Daniel Schneider

M. Sc. graduation 2017

As a first step into his business career, Daniel started with his Bachelor of Engineering degree in industrial engineering and international engineering at Hochschule Rhein Main in Russelsheim. For gaining this degree, he spent 6 months at AGCO corporation in Duluth (Georgia), working in product management of agricultural machinery.

This is where he found his passion to technical product management and decided to focus on that topic in his master’s degree at Hochschule Mannheim.

Fulfilling his master’s study, he wrote his master’s thesis at Harmonic Drive SE in Limburg an der Lahn. Since 2016 he is still working at Harmonic Drive SE and gained a lot of experience in technical product management of technology driven mid-size companies by overtaking the whole mechatronic product portfolio.

This practical experience has furthermore been supported by presenting and discussing about best practice cases in product management training courses.

Today he is responsible for strategic product management and business development at Harmonic Drive SE. (MGMT 2024/25)

Kim Ibrahim

M.Sc. WING 2021

Kim Ibrahim joined FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH (formerly: FUCHS LUBRITECH GmbH) in 2013. 

As a working Student, she was able to work in different departements including maintenance, R&D, product Management and IT while succesfully completing her bachelor in project engineering (B.Eng.) in 2016. 

She then joined FUCHS as a project manager, managing the relocation of a coating shop to the headquarters before joining product Management. 

Next to her job, she studied Industrial Engineering at Mannheim University of Applied Science until 2022 (M.Sc.).

Since 2023, she's working as a Business Development Manager EMEA for an American FUCHS affiliate and specializes in lubricants for high end technologies such satelites oder medical Devices.

Marc Brechtel

M.Sc. graduation 2019

Marc brings eight years of professional experience in various positions through collaboration in the FREUDENBERG Group.  In addition to working in sales, application technology and digital business development, he is currently employed as a project manager in advanced product development at FREUDENBERG FT GmbH.

Previously, he studied W.Ing. (B. Eng.) with a specialization in technical sales at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Mannheim, before successfully completing his master's degree in industrial engineering - technical product management (M. Sc.) at the HS Mannheim.

Marc Brechtel has been an external PhD student at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam since the end of 2019. He is writing his doctoral thesis on "Designing the Value Proposition of Industrial Data Ecosystems" while working. (MGMT 2024)

Robin Degen

M.Sc. WING 2019

Robin has been active in the construction and supply industry for over 8 years in various positions, where he helps shape the future of the industry.

Robin Degen gained his first relevant experience in construction management during a dual study program at the dual University of Mosbach in cooperation with Schleith Baugesellschaft, which he then deepened as an independent construction and project manager. From 2017-2019, Robin studied industrial engineering - technical product management at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, in which he also completed a semester abroad at TEC de Monterrey in Mexico.

Robin Degen joined the Innovation Factory at Putzmeister Holding in 2019 as a Corporate Entrepreneur. In his current role, he develops products / business models from initial ideas to market entry. Currently, Robin is further developing and scaling KARLOS, a mobile 3D printer for home construction, which was presented to the world public this year. (MGMT 2023)

Tobias Schipper

M.Sc. WING 2017

Tobias has been working as a product manager for lubricating greases at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH (previously FUCHS LUBRITECH GmbH) since 2017. From these years, he brings experience in global product management as well as working in complex matrix organizations.

After completing his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (B.Sc. HS Mannheim 2015) with an internship semester at EvoBus GmbH in Mannheim and final thesis at KSB SE & Co. KGaA in Frankenthal, he decided to pursue a master's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on technical product management.

Today, Tobias Schipper is responsible for the product management team of lubricating greases for industrial requirements as group leader and deputy head of department. (MGMT 2023)

Christina Völkel

M.Sc. WING 2017

Christina has been working for BASF SE at the Ludwigshafen site since 2018. She started her career as a portfolio manager for home care products. In this role, she was responsible for the strategy and investment planning for a product line of the Home Care division and gained extensive experience in this global interface position. Since 2022, she has been a buyer at BASF, responsible for the procurement of raw materials and all related negotiations.

After completing her bachelor's degree (B. Eng.) in biomedical engineering at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, Christina started the master's program in industrial engineering (M. Sc.) with a specialization in technical product management at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences in 2015. As part of the master's program, she also studied for one semester at Tongji University in Shanghai, China. In 2017, she completed her studies with a master's thesis in cooperation with BASF SE in the field of innovation management. (MGMT 2023/24)

Sebastian Henschel

M. Sc. graduation 2022

Sebastian is a research associate and PhD candidate at the wbk - Institute of Production Science at KIT in Karlsruhe. His area of expertise is in the manufacturing and disassembly of lithium-ion batterie cells. By means of highly automated, yet flexible machinery, he is exploring new ways to better adapt the technological landscape of battery manufacturing to the ever-changing demands of tomorrow. 

He has completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg before commencing with his masters in industrial engineering at the HS Mannheim. Sebastian has gained plentiful industrial insights during the course of his studies by performing various internships at the diesel engine manufacturer Deutz in Cologne, Audi in Neckarsulm or the Pfalzwerke Netz AG.  (MGMT 2024)

Anna-Marie Wintrich

M. Sc. graduation 2021

Anna brings over three years of experience to the software industry, having served as both a project manager and sales consultant.

Following the completion of her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in the United States, Anna joined Lufthansa Technik as an IT project manager, contributing her expertise to a supply chain project. Concurrently pursuing the Master's program in Industrial Engineering (M.Sc.) with specialization in Technical Product Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim, she applied her knowledge by working as a project manager at the Mannheim-based IT startup, 11A.

During her master's thesis, Anna transitioned to Objektkultur Software, a Microsoft-focused IT consultancy. In her current role, she holds responsibility for managing all strategic alliances, leveraging her background in project management and sales consultancy. (MGMT 2024)

Melina Bluhm

M.Sc. WING 2021

Melina has over three years of professional expertise in the field of marketing and communications, specifically within the B2B sector.

As a true “Mannheimer” at heart, she has started her academic journey in Industrial Engineering at Hochschule Mannheim in her Bachelor’s followed by a Master's degree, where she specialized in Technical Product Management. During her Master's studies, Melina further solidified her interest in innovation & marketing by conducting her master's thesis on the topic of "Sustainability in 3D Printing within the Aftermarket" at Replique, a startup providing a 3D printing platform for on-demand parts located in Mannheim.

Following the completion of her degree, Melina joined the dedicated team at Replique as the Marketing and Communications Manager, a role she continues to excel in to this day. Melina's skill set encompasses a wide array of interests, ranging from public relations and website development to orchestrating marketing campaigns, fairs and conducting market analysis. Being part of a startup, she has experience in agile methods and navigating in ever-evolving environments. (MGMT 2023/24)

Felix Krompholz

M. Sc. graduation 2021

After successfully completing his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Felix decided to enrol in the master's programme in industrial engineering - technical product management at HSMA.

His enthusiasm for technical contexts and solutions has already led Felix through various positions and departments such as the technical sales at Bosch UK and the product management at Metabo and SEW Eurodrive.

Motivated by the green energy transition, Felix joined 2022 the turnkey solar plant provider GoldbeckSolar as a site manager in the UK market. Since 2023 he has been a project manager, responsible for the planning and execution of large scale photovoltaic plant projects in the UK. (MGMT 2024)

Philipp Beißwenger

M.Sc. graduation 2021

Philipp works as a project manager in Global Sales at the global market leader for safety automation, Pilz GmbH, where he deals with pricing, business intelligence and product launches providing a range of essentials for the 42 subsidiaries. Driving the company’s change with various strategic projects, he helps sales align their strategies in the best possible way for the future and optimize to their full potential.

He has completed his bachelor's degree in sales management at Hochschule Heilbronn, with sales experience in the air freight and renewable energies sector, as well as in supplier management within the automotive industry. He decided to focus on the technical aspects of the supplier management which led him to pursue a Master's degree in industrial engineering. (MGMT 2024)

Marcel Effenberger

M.Sc. graduation 2020

Marcel has been working in the Healthcare Industry at Dedalus in Bonn since he graduated from his master’s program. He started in the field of product marketing and has been working as Product Marketing & Innovation Manager since 2023.

As part of the product marketing team, he is responsible for the positioning of the medical imaging portfolio. As it comes to innovation management, he initiated the setup of an innovation process for one of Dedalus’ business units, enabling them to innovate effectively and efficiently. He is involved in setting up innovation search fields, creating and evaluating ideas and shaping new business models.

Before he studied Industrial Engineering in his master’s, he studied Mechatronic Engineering in his bachelor’s program, both at the University of Applied Science in Mannheim. Currently he is enrolled in a distance learning MBA program for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, getting ready for his plans to become self-employed. (MGMT 2024)

Jonas Auer

M. Sc. graduation 2021

Jonas joined Siemens AG in February 2022 as a Trainee Sales & Service. During the trainee year, he was able to get to know various departments within the sales organization of Siemens Digital Industries in Germany and build up a broad professional network. After completing the trainee program in February 2023, Jonas was employed as a Sales Representative in the Southern Germany region. In this role, he is currently responsible for new customer acquisition, development and support.

Before successfully completing his Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (M.Sc.) at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, Jonas studied Industrial Engineering (B.Sc.) at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
Since the beginning of his studies, Jonas has always focused on the areas of product management and sales, which is why he completed internships as well as working student activities and subsequent Bachelor's and Master's theses in these areas. Therefore he also decided to specialize in Technical Product Management for his Master's degree. (MGMT 2024/25)

David Rossol

M.Sc. WING 2021

David joined BASF SE in August 2021 as an engineer in plant design. There, he develops material flow simulations for various brownfield and greenfield projects within the chemical industry.

He completed his industrial engineering bachelor's degree at DHBW Mannheim together with the partner ALDI SÜD. In the in-house coffee roasting plant, he gained experience regarding the economic and technical optimization of production and logistics processes.

As part of his master's thesis in industrial engineering at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, he switched to the chemical industry. There, he used his experience to develop a digitalization roadmap for logistics processes within BASF SE. (MGMT 2023/24)

Simon Striegel

M.Sc. WING 2021

Simon is an international project and process manager Waste & Recyclable Coordinator at PreZero International GmbH in Heilbronn. Since 2022, he has been regularly on the road for projects in the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg.

As a master's student at HMA and working student, he previously gained experience in Global Product Management PLC at ABB Automation Products GmbH in Heidelberg.

Before, Simon studied Dual WING at DHBW Stuttgart with a focus on product and project management as well as research and development with Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG from Künzelsau. During this time, Simon gained experience abroad at DTU Copenhagen in Denmark and during an internship abroad at Würth Uruguay in Montevideo and at Würth Brazil in São Paulo. (MGMT 2023/24)

Daniel Schartz

M.Sc. WING 2021

Daniel has nine years of experience in the powder metallurgy industry in various positions at KOMAGE Gellner Maschinenfabrik KG, a medium-sized manufacturer of powder compacting systems.  

He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Trier, with a dual degree in Technical Product Design and Industrial Engineering (B. Eng.), including a semester abroad at Clemson University, S.C., USA. With an online visit to Tongji University in Shanghai, China, he completed the master's program in Industrial Engineering (M. Sc.) with a focus on Technical Product Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim.

Starting in the design department, he moved into product analysis and management, while being at the same time responsible for managing complex customer projects. Now working in technical sales, he is passionate about promoting the sustainable technology of powder metallurgy as a member of the Council of the European Powder Metallurgy Association EPMA. Daniel Pfrommer

M.Sc. WING 2020

Daniel has been working in the automotive industry for 8 years developing and establishing new technologies. Today, he is a business developer in technical sales at dSPACE, a company that produces hardware and software tools for the development of ADAS, electrification and more. Since 2020, he has been responsible for his company's business development for radar testing in Europe.

He started his professional life with his dual studies W.ing. Electrical Engineering (2015-2018) at the Technical University of Central Hesse in cooperation with Continental in Frankfurt. Daniel started his master's degree directly afterwards at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences with a specialization in technical product management (2018-2020), which he completed with his master's thesis on "Market introduction of service products" at STIHL.

In his career, he was able to build up experience in the areas of product management, sales and business development, as well as gaining experience abroad in Shanghai at Continental and later in an internship at Porsche in Singapore during his studies. (MGMT 2023/24)

Hendrik Hagen

M.Sc. WING 2019

Hendrik has been working as a business consultant and cloud architect with a focus on AWS Cloud for 4 years. His focus here is on the topics of networks as well as cloud security. He works for tecRacer GmbH, an AWS Premier Partner and market leader in AWS training in Germany.

In his current role, he is responsible for planning, managing and implementing customer projects to implement resilient and robust cloud infrastructures. In addition to his professional activities, Hendrik is active as an AWS Ambassador as well as an AWS Community Builder and shares his knowledge with the AWS community via technical blogs, webinars and open-source contributions.

Prior to his professional career, Hendrik completed his bachelor's degree in electrical and information engineering with a focus on communications engineering at HAW Hamburg. To deepen his knowledge in the field of business and management, he decided to pursue a master's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on technical product management at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences.

In his master's thesis at Daimler Trucks, he dealt with machine learning-based analysis of influencing variables on the service life of electric bus batteries.
During his work, Hendrik gained further training in employee leadership, project management and sales, in addition to technical knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure as code.

After work, Hendrik can be found at the bouldering gym, on stage with his theater group, or on the ice-skating rink during the cold winter months. (MGMT 2023/24)

Jonathan Laufer

M.Sc. WING 2018

Jonathan has more than 5 years of professional experience in product management/owner and new business development at BASF SE. He has relevant industry experience developing and scaling digital business models globally in B2B business and cloud based software development with knowledge in market evaluation, agile product development, change management, and partner & stakeholder management.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering from Lübeck University of Applied Sciences, and a Master (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. In addition, he is an MBA candidate of Mannheim Business School 2025 and will start the study alongside his professional activities in September 2023.

In addition to additional certifications in Business Model Innovation from RWTH Aachen Business School, he has won the BASF Group's Digital Award 2021, among others. (MGMT 2023/24)

Martin Meinzer

M.Sc. WING 2018

Martin has been working at Porsche AG for more than 5 years in various positions in the field of smart mobility and e-mobility. 

He earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (B. Eng.) with a stay abroad in Oxford at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe. He completed his master's program in industrial engineering - technical product management (M. Sc.) at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences.

Martin is passionate about new business models. Through his experience from international projects in the context of Data Business, E-Mobility and New Mobility, he is considered an expert in building partner ecosystems. (MGMT 2023)

Mathias Rica

B.Sc. WING 2018

Mathias has been working in consulting for more than five years now and supports clients from a wide range of industries in their digital transformation as well as the definition and implementation of their digital strategies.

Directly after completing his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences in 2018, Mathias started as a junior consultant in the field of business intelligence at MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH. Here, he spent the first three and a half years of his professional career and developed, among other things, the ability to act as a link/interface between IT and business, with the goal of understanding and bringing both sides together.

In 2021, Mathias decided to start a part-time Master's program in Management Analytics at Mannheim Business School, which he successfully completed in spring 2023.

In the meantime, he changed employers and has been working at Deloitte Consulting GmbH as a Senior Consultant in the Technology Strategy area since 2022. His core competencies are the development and restructuring of IT organizations as well as the implementation of digital strategies and transformations. (MGMT 2023/24)

Nicolai Stern

B.Sc. graduation 2014

Nicolai Stern brings with him a diverse and robust career in technical design and engineering. His path began with an apprenticeship as a technical product designer, followed by a bachelor's degree in project engineering at DHBW Mannheim, which he completed in collaboration with Langnese, part of the Unilever Group. After graduating, Nicolai deepened his knowledge and skills in the industry by working as a development engineer for four years.

The desire to realize his own vision led to the founding of Stern Didactic GmbH and Stern Technic GmbH. As founder of Stern Didactic GmbH, Nicolai has turned his company into a leading provider of CAD training and mechatronic projects for dual education. At Stern Technic GmbH, which he has headed for the past two years, he focuses on the development of tunnel boring robots for laying empty pipes for fiber optics, water pipes, etc.

Nicolai began studying for a master's degree, but dropped out after a year due to the Covid pandemic in order to focus on maintaining his company, Stern Didactic. Despite this challenge, Nicolai has maintained his entrepreneurial goals and remains committed to technical innovation and knowledge transfer.
