 After you have successfully applied for an exchange program at your home university, you need to be nominated to us by your institution before:

Nomination Deadlines
for Partner Institutions

  • April 30th - for the following fall term
  • September 31st - for the following spring term
Learning Agreement Alignment
with the Department of Engineering & Management of Mannheim University 		After you have been nominated you need to immediately begin aligning your Learning Agreement, i.e the courses you wish to study at Mannheim University with the Team International of the Department of Engineering and Management
 Finally, you must register with the International Office of Mannheim University before:
Registration Deadlines
at the International Office of
Mannheim University for nominated exchange students
Extended StayIf you stay for more than one semester, you have to register again with the uiversity, just as you did for the first.
After paying the fee, you can download and print out your new registration (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) after 8 days from POS.
German Language Support
ScholarshipsPlease refer to your home university or the info from our International Office.
TuitionsNo tuition fees apply for all exchange students from partner institutions.
(General administration fees of €100 -  €150 per semester do apply.)
InsurancePlease inquire carefully with your local contacts about your needs for health insurance and others. Our International Office of Mannheim University also offers support on this topic.
